Been wondering what's going on, with hardly anyone wearing their colours or patches lately, damn shame I reckon. I live on the land of queensland, a freeman, and I don't care for our government, nor anyone who claims to be a part thereof, including so-called police officers. They don't represent me, never have. I'd like to see Australian Bike Clubs go back to wearing their top and bottom rockers, and soon, it's kinda spooky out there. Check out the UCC, the uniform commercial code. Have a look at the UCC-1 financing statement, one can register themselves as a secured party over the 'Public Trust Legal Fiction Debtor Entity' name, which is your name spelled in all capital letters. Also, check out the PPSR, the private property security registry in New Zealand. Just another way riders of all clubs and persuasions can protect their assets. All of the so-called 'STATUTES' are not valid in this country since 1973. They changed the rules of commerce in that year by removing the promise to pay of the Australian Reserve Bank Note, changing the nature of said note from lawful 'money of exchange' into a 'Debt Liability Instrument'. Notes are not money my friends, never have been, never will be. To execute ANY contract here in Australia requires lawful money. There is no lawful money=no valid contract; PERIOD. All 'presentments' you receive from your government should be viewed as 'offers to contract'. When asked to sign ANYTHING, ensure you bracket around your signature and place a colon between your christian name and your family name. example: ( John: Doe ) If you sign in this manner, you are not actually contracting with them, instead you are breaking the presumption that you are one and the same as that corporate trade name depicted on all government contracts as your true and proper name does not appear on ANY alleged goverment contract...
